By limiting ourselves to one patient per day, we keep the full clinical day organised around one case, one medical plan, and one fixed team. A full FUE session at Pure Line typically takes 6–8 hours, depending on graft count, hair characteristics, and surgical complexity. Because we dedicate the full clinical day to one patient, the procedure follows the medical plan without production-line pressure or overlapping cases. The pace is measured, focused, and built around graft care, donor safety, and natural planning.
PureSoft® is our comfort protocol for the anaesthesia phase, designed to make the beginning of surgery far gentler than conventional numbing methods. It combines pressure-assisted pre-anaesthesia with highly controlled fine-needle delivery, reducing the sharp discomfort patients often associate with the procedure. The goal is simple: a calmer start, a more controlled surgical flow, and a better overall experience.
